Rules of Play for 50/50 Electronic Raffle

 Rules of Play for 50/50 Electronic Raffle:

  1. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years or older and in Ontario at the time of purchase to play.
  2. Draws will take place as on the following dates in 2026 at 10:30am on the dates indicated:

Draw 1 (February) Early Bird Draws will take place February 12 $14,000, February 19 $14,000.

Jackpot Draw will take place February 26 with the deadline to purchase 11:59pm on February 25.

Draw 2 (March) Early Bird Draws will take place March 11, 12, 13, 16 for $5,000 each and March 17 for $10,000.

Jackpot Draw will take place March 26 with deadline to purchase 11:59pm on March 25th.

Draw 3 (April) Early Bird Draws will take place, April 9, 10, 13 for $10,000 each.

Jackpot Draw will take place April 30 with deadline to purchase 11:59pm on April 29th.

Draw 4 (May) Early Bird Draws will take place, May 8, 15 and 22nd for $8,000 each.

Jackpot Draw will take place May 28th with deadline to purchase 11:59pm on May 27th.

Draw 5 (June) Early Bird Draws will take place, June 11 for $11,000 & June 18 for $18,000.

Jackpot Draw will take place June 25 with deadline to purchase 11:59pm on June 24th.

Draw 6 (July) Early Bird Draws will take place July 9 for $5,000, July 16 for $10,000, July 23 for $20,000.

Jackpot will take place July 30 with the deadline to purchase 11:59pm on July 29th.

Draw 7 (August) Early Bird Draws will take place, August 13 for $20,000, August 20 for $20,000. 

Jackpot Draw will take place August 27 with deadline to purchase 11:59pm on August 26th.

Draw 8 (September) Early Bird Draws will take place, September 4, 11 & 18 for $4,000 each, September 18th 2 x $10,000.

Jackpot Draw will take place September 25th with deadline to purchase 11:59pm on September 24th.

Draw 9 (October) Early Bird Draws will take place, October 8, 15 for $10,000 each & October 22 for $11,000.

Jackpot Draw will take place October 29 with deadline to purchase 11:59pm on October 28th.

Draw 10 (November) Early Bird Draws will take place, November 13 for $13,000 & November 20 for $20,000.

Jackpot draw will take place November 27 with deadline to purchase 11:59pm on November 26th.

Tickets can be purchased at 201 Georgian Drive, Barrie, ON L4M 6M2, Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm, at the Lotto Booth location, at Georgian Mall Community Services Kiosk at 509 Bayfield St, Barrie, ON, on February 7th , Saturday March 7th ,  Saturday April 11th  Saturday May 9th Saturday June 6th ,  Saturday July 4th  Saturday August 8th,  Saturday September 12th,   Saturday October 3rd,  Saturday November 7th and Mayes Martin Ltd, at 150 Vespra St, Barrie, ON Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and online at RVHAuxiliary5050.com.  Tickets are also available in person at the following convenience stores in Barrie:

  1. Memberships: Each enrolled member has to confirm agreement to the Rules of Play. For each enrolled member, the payment details with each associated membership account will be automatically charged the amount for which they have enrolled for all the following draws unless they cancel.   Enrollment will always occur in Ontario as the geofence is enabled during member enrolment.  An enrolled member can log in to the member portal at members.rvhauxiliary5050.com  in order to cancel their subscription. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no future membership orders will be fulfilled.  Upon canceling membership, a member will receive confirmation via email. If the member cancels after the charge for the current draw is incurred, it will take effect for the next draw.  The duration of the subscription expires only upon member-initiated cancellation. 

 

  1. Tickets will be sold using electronic raffle system supplied by Ascend Fundraising Solutions.
  2. After buying, patrons will receive a confirmation email or a receipt with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
  3. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.
  4. The amount of the 50/50 will be posted on the RVH Auxiliary Community 50/50 page.
  5. The winning number will be announced on the RVHAuxiliary5050.com web page and RVH Auxiliary social media and local press.
  6. The winner may claim their prize by contacting RVH Auxiliary at: (705) 726-5050, or by email at: RVHAuxiliary5050@rvh.on.ca. The ticket may then be brought to 201 Georgian Drive, Barrie, ON at an agreed upon time for ticket verification. The winner will then be paid by cheque for the amount posted at the event for which they bought their ticket. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no copies. All payments will be made by cheque.
  7. The winning ticket holder has 1 year in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.
  8. The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet.
  9. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is, at minimum, 50% of the total sales for that draw. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
  10. The winners will be posted on the rvhauxiliary5050.com website, on social media, and e-news. The winner acknowledges and hereby irrevocably and in perpetuity release the right for RVH Auxiliary 5050, and/or their designees to use and/or publish the Winner’s first name and first initial of the last name, city of residence, photographs or other likenesses, pictures, portraits, video, voice, testimonials, and/or statements made by the Winner regarding the raffle or otherwise worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, publicity, trade and/or promotion in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, electronic, cable, social media outlets or World Wide Web, without any further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval. If a ticket is purchased at a convenience store location, the purchaser may be contacted by phone, provided they have provided the correct phone number at the time of purchase. Convenience store ticket purchasers are responsible for verifying their tickets by checking the website:, https://rvhauxiliary5050.com/,  social media, or e-mail.
  11. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a safety deposit box and held for 1 year. After that time period has elapsed the prize will be donated to RVH for their current fundraising campaign or equipment needs, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
  12. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draw

  1. Any transaction cancellations initiated by a party other than RVH Auxiliary will result in the associated tickets being considered void, and as a result, not eligible to win the prize.
  2. Tickets cannot be transferred or resold to another party.
